GRATITUD

About 10 years ago, we met Juan, and today we are honored once again to be entrusted with the design of the cover for his new single: GRATITUD (GRATITUDE).

Juan Rodriguez and his wife are an extraordinary couple with an unwavering passion to serve and honor God  in everything they do in their church. As a worship leader, Juan always seeks to offer the best of the best to God, and throughout this project, we’ve witnessed that “lion’s roar” in his heart: love, passion, humility, and deep gratitude for all that God has done and continues to do in his life and family.

At WordImage, we know that a cover is not just an image, but an extension of the song’s message. That’s why we worked alongside Juan on several concepts that would reflect the essence of GRATITUD. In the end, we chose a powerful design: the face of a lion in a burst of vibrant, radiant colors, inspired by the lyrics that proclaim:

“You’ve got a lion inside of those lungs. Get up and praise the Lord.”

Every stroke and color in this cover was crafted to capture the strength, passion, and worship this song conveys. Juan was thrilled with the result, from the intensity of the lion to the typography bringing the title GRATITUD (GRATITUDE)  to life. We are filled with joy to be part of this project and thank God — and Juan — for continuing to trust our work.
