KERUX GROUP

The first step was to decide whether to keep the name Kerux. The founder asked us if we recommended changing it, as its pronunciation could be challenging in English. We advised him to keep it—not only because its distinctive sound could become an asset over time, but because its meaning clearly conveyed Kerux‘s mission: to be a voice that carries a message with purpose. In ancient Greece, when kings, merchants, or religious leaders needed to spread a message, they called upon a Kerux (herald), someone reliable, analytical, precise, and persuasive, whose only tool was their voice. This same principle reflected the brand’s purpose, turning its name into a statement of identity.

Another key element in the identity was its purpose to serve the Hispanic community in the United States. To reflect this, we incorporated colors from the flags of Spanish-speaking countries into the brand’s icon. Additionally, since Kerux Group is a Christian agency guided by God, we tilted the icon to symbolize a link of communication between heaven and earth, between God and the Hispanics in the cultural context of the U.S.

From concept development to strategic consulting, our focus was clear: to launch Kerux Group with strength and position it within the U.S. Hispanic market.

It’s been an honor to be part of this story. So much so that we’ve collaborated on several projects, including the most recent: Dr. Gene Getz’s QR Bible, a project in which I had the privilege of participating alongside other companies that contributed their expertise to bring this valuable resource to the Hispanic community.
